Based on the performance improvement goals that the company selects, an appropriate leadership training, team development, performance management, and/or monitoring system will be developed. This Impact System maintains the momentum created by the action planning retreat and establishes an effective execution system that provides monitoring of progress and support resources to achieve the outlined goals.
