Step 2 - The Report
The Business Insight to Impact Report provides a comprehensive and succinct summary of the best practice performance of the business. The Report includes the following performance dashboards:
- Strategic Performance Index which provides an aggregate best practice score with comparative top 10%, bottom 10%, and mean best practice score
- Capability and Constraints Summary of the Strategy, Design, and Culture best practice areas
- Impact/Performance Matrix for each core value driver that highlights High Impact/Low Performance areas that should be considered when developing a performance improvement action plan
- Best Practice 'Spider Graph' comparing the performance of the business on specific best practice disciplines to the top 10% and the bottom 10% performing companies
- Level of Awareness/Agreement Graph that demonstrates the dispersion of respondents on their assessment of specific areas of Strategy, Design, and Culture
