Insight to Impact Program
Step 1 - The Assessment
The Assessment is a web-based process that gathers your company information quickly and conveniently. This step can be completed in less than an hour and participants are not required to complete the Assessment in a single session.
How the process begins:
- The business owner and identified stakeholders (e.x. managers, employees, customers, board members, etc.) will receive an email welcoming them to the Insight to Impact Program.
- The welcoming email will provide a brief explanation and a guide to the Insight to Impact Program. The guide includes the website, instructions, cutoff date, and an access code.
- Using the guide, the business owner and identified stakeholders will log onto the website and complete a comprehensive best practice assessment of their business.
- Within 48 hours after completion by all participants, the business owner will receive a call to schedule an individual review and a management team review.
