Insight to Impact Program (Navigate your Business)
Step 1 - The Assessment
The Assessment uses a state-of-the-art web gathering tool that is both convenient and quick. This efficient process, reviewing the best practice performance of your business, only requires a 60 minute time investment for business owners and senior managers and a 40 minute time investment for employees and board members. Additionally, the participants are not required to complete the assessment in a single session.
How the process begins:
- The business owner and identified stakeholders (i.e., managers, employees, customers, board members, etc.) will receive an email welcoming them to the Business Insight to Impact Program.
- The welcoming email will provide a brief explanation and a guide to the Business Insight to Impact process. The guide includes the website, instructions, cutoff date, and an access code.
- Using the guide, the business owner and identified stakeholders will log onto the website and complete a comprehensive best practice assessment of their business.
- After completing the web best practice assessment, the business owner and identified stakeholders will be sent a thank you note to confirm that the information is complete and has been received.
- Within 48 hours after completion by all participants, unless previously scheduled, the business owner will receive a call to schedule the individual review and the management team review.
