“In my experience, clients are looking not just for
service, but for advice. So that’s what I try to provide, based
on the insight I’ve developed over my long career. I like
having an impact and enjoy relating to clients, finding out
what they want to achieve, and pointing out ways to reach their
goals. So I’m pleased to say that because I’ve been successful
in helping clients, they’ve rewarded me by staying with our
firm year after year.”
